Getting Started with Syncfreight
Welcome to Syncfreight! This guide will help you set up your account and familiarize yourself with the platform’s essential features, so you can start managing your logistics operations with ease.
1. Prerequisites
Before you start using Syncfreight, ensure you have the following:
- Active Account: Make sure you have an active Syncfreight account. If you’re new, request access from your administrator.
- User Permissions: Depending on your role (e.g., warehouse manager, driver, dispatcher), you may need specific permissions to access certain features.
- Internet Connection: Syncfreight is a web-based platform, so a stable internet connection is necessary for a smooth experience.
2. Logging In
To log in to Syncfreight:
- Visit the Syncfreight login page at https://platform.syncfreight.com/#/sign-in.
- Enter your email and password provided during registration.
- Click Log In.
Note: If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
3. Setting Up Your Profile
After logging in, you may want to configure your profile settings:
- Go to your Profile on the settings menu.
- Update your contact information, such as phone number or alternate email.
